disrespectful supervisor, and cashier, I was standing in the checkout line for 10 minutes, as I was waiting to be checkedout, the supervisor and cashier closed the line, took there money tray from drawer and walk, away from the regesiter, with out acknowlegeing they were closed, they never said a word to us in line, and i was next to be served, they walk away, did not say they were closed. I had to go to another line for another 10 to 12 min. wait to be checkedout. this was the worse courtisty i have seen. counter across from woodforest bank. supvisor and cashier needs to be disicpline for there non-concern actions to shoppers, i shop here very often, and this was the worst, act of courtisty

i have ever seen, walmart needs to address this problem soon as posible, yes i am pissed for waiting that long, then for no one to recoznize or say that the line is closed. you wait to i am next, and walk away with money tray, and not saying nothing, yes i am pissed, very pissed, and will be following up on this. these two employees need to be d.ealt with ASAP! Around regesiter 180r19. across from woodforest bank aroung 10pm october 26,2008. this was the Garner,nc. store

The first comments were not about Woodforest, it seems as though this was a complaint on a North Carolina Walmart, not Woodforest. As for Woodforest, the need a more saturation of branches in the community with more drive thru's & atm's. They need to run a few commercials and advertise about 15% more than they do now. If Woodforest does these things, I could see them having a great 2009, and if they don't, they won't make it past breakfast on Mother's day...

I am writing to discuss the issue that I have with the woodforest bank that we have. I have never saw a bank that will try to hold your employee check. I thought a bank was suppose to cash your check and then let you deposit it. They have told me that I got to let my work check clear for seven days. What kind of bank is this. An then everything got to be approved before they will do anything. Won't cash a check that is over 500 dollars but I can go to walmart money center and they will cash it for 3.00. And I have a account with woodforest.

I completely agree with you, if they were going to close then they should finish up their line . My son was short 1.93 one night and they charged him 32.00, they were very rude when we asked if the could wave it since it was a small amount.They do not care about their customers,they are rude people, they need more people friendly people there.

I work for Woodforest Bank. Goodness people... as if our hours arent extended enough... dont complain because you got there to late. There is something you got to understand, work has to be finalized by a certain time after closing. I don't see how people can complain about our hours.... 7 days a week... 364 days a year... banking your way everyday and night!!!

Maybe you should have read the sign denoting the bank's business hours. If the cashier closed the teller window at 10pm, as you stated in your sour grape discourse, it was probably CLOSING TIME!!! 

Maybe you should try to arrive at the bank BEFORE closing time and they will be happy to service you. 

I have been doing business with Woodforest Bank for over 30 years and they are always friendly and helpful DURING normal business hours. Try going to the bank eariler!!! :zzz

They probably thought that you were with a parent and they had already helped you parents. You should have said I am next please help me. Also judging from your terrible writing skills they probably had a sign saying closed, but since you can't read and write you could not read the letter. Also since when was wal-mart a bank. Is this complaint about Wal-mart or Woodforest National Bankbank. I think that it is great that a five year old such as yourself is writing letters to let people know how you feel, but you should get your parents or teacher to check it over before submitting. That way you get better results.
