My daughter purchased a $100 money order to pay security deposit for her apartment.... The unprofessional staff at the apartment complex lost the money and told her to see if money order was cashed.She went back to the back..found out it wasn't cashed...
they told her to fill out claim form....she never received money back...she went back to bank..was told they saw that a check was already sent but sent to wrong address...Now they telling her she got to wait 90 days to do another claim form.... Whyyyyy....This is Crazyyy..just to get her $100 back

Same here got a money order out of my account to pay a bill it got lost in mail the bank told me I couldn't stop payment for 90 days and I have to pay them 35 $ to get my own money back why should I have to pay them to give me my money back that hardly seems right so I will be closing my account
