Customer service, identity theft and provisional credit

Provisional credit was supposed to be in my account within 10 to 20 day, its not. I xant even buy food..nothing, do not use tis company they are the most unprofessionally people ever.

Need to know

If the first falls on sunday.that means ppl get there check on friday.but if iour bank says we get it a day earlier then ohther ppl.then shouldnt i get my check on thursday .an what time is it released to debit card

Money was taken out my account, which led to an overdraft. It took the money on my card as well!

I tried contacting Woodforest lots of times, i even tried going up there! No one answered, called me back, nor was there when i tried going up there. I just started banking with WoodForest 2 months or less ago, and i honestly haven't had this problem before.

If you all could help or try to help get my money back on my card, it would much appreciated and a blessing. Please and thanks

Worse bank ever I hated it here

Waited a month for a card, they sent card to wrong address finally got card my pin don’t work wtf there is no bank in Minnesota... I moved to Minnesota I hate this bank it’s so hard to get anywhere... how in the *** my same pin don’t work I hate this bank so much customer service is clueless as *** nobody know anything ugh I hate it

Ripped off customer

I went to make a deposit at my Walmart branch in Southport NC .I found out my account had been closed due to non activity.There was no charge from the bank with notification about non activity.Usually they notify you of this action and advise you to make a transaction .I recieved No notification at all that my account was being closed and all the money was with drawn.

Mobile Deposit Issues and inconsistency

Mobile deposit isn’t consistent. Deposits are rejected for no clear reason. I’ve had the employees unsure as why it was rejected when the image is very clear. This sometimes causes overdraft fees because you’re unable to get a new deposit in on time. It can take less than 30 minutes to approve one day and multiple hours the next.

Closed account

My nephew lived In Texas but visiting Florida. I made a deposit in his name 4/20/19. I made the deposit as instructed by a male teller inside Walmart here in San Antonio. Teller never told me account would be closed @ 8am today. He never explained account needed a + $ amount and if it showed a zero amount, acct would be closed today. I asked twice about the account and he again assured me account would remain open. if the minus balance was paid. I did what he said would keep acct open. My nephew was ripped off, and teller withheld info that could have kept acct open. Is this your banks policy? My nephew is a Viet Nam Vet, and on Social Security. He has received confirmation that VA and SSA BENEFITS would be added to his current account. I even faxed SSA confirmation to Michelle Flowers in Hondo Bank location. Please tell me you can reopen his account number. If his deposits are not accepted, then he not have money to get back home. These deposits are his only means for day-to-day living. He’s trying so hard to get this straightened out.

Rental car bill

About 2 months ago, I rented a car for one day. Hertz then charged 492 dollars for the rental, it was supposed to cost right at one hundred dollars. This was an unapproved charge to my debit card. I even put a hold on my account the morning before the charge went through. It was charged on my account anyway. I will not do business with this bank again.

I find it very disgusting to get charged a fee for an on line transfer. I have been with the bank for ever and get charged. I do not get any customer service at all but free cashiers checks.

no $50 dollars an outraggous fee for on line transfer from one account to another. I am sick of their non-personal banking. It us to be great at the Kingwood location before they were flooded out. now they are not bring back the bank, so we have nothing , but Northpark at wallmart, or 1960 in from of walmart. The people at 1960 location don't want to help you at all. I really do not see any reason to deal with this bank. Pissed off customer.

Terrible customer service...

Went to walmart in Columbus, MS wanted to deposit some money. Three people were out front. Two at teller booths and one talking to a friend at a desk. I asked one of the ladies if she was open, she relied "no". The other lady was working on the computer at the other booth. Ten minutes go by and no movement of the line at all. The lady in line leaves the building, but lady at booth still working on computer. When asked she replied "She is coming right back". I left to pick up some items that I needed from Walmart. I get checked out and the same lady is still at the booth! I asked the one that was doing the paperwork if she could take my deposit and she answered "No" and went into the back room. I asked the person at the desk if he could take my deposit and he answered "You can deposit it at the ATM" (that gets done later and I was depositing cash). This is only the fourth or fifth time that Woodforest has disappointed me... 1. I was going on vacation and came in early that morning to get some cash...they didn't have $400.00 in cash. 2. They have stopped giving early access to direct deposit money. 3. They closed early on a Saturday around Halloween weekend. Each time at disappointment I went to Amory or Westpoint and carried out my transactions. It's off to Amory, after all it's only 50 miles! It will take me a couple of months, but I will be moving my account to a more convenient and respectable bank.
