A customer was able to get bank balances and deposit info from my acct who is not on my acct.As well when i reported a fraudulent charge on our account they cancelled the card and did not get our money back to us.

The reason the bank manager told Corporate that we were getting a refund from the company and we have not heard from the company. The bank turned it around as though we were in the wrong. I gave them all our evidence that it was not a purchase but a deceptive debit. That did not matter.

Woodforest doesnt care about its customers accounts. A customer pretending to be a cop started all of this.

She showed the bank no evidence of being in law enforcement.Upon checking with our local law enforcement no one was ever checking on anything at my bank meaning they allowed this decption without evidence.
