I had an unauthorized transaction to my acct with my debt card.Once i realized the transaction i filled the paper work out and for 10 days until reversed no money.

The bank refused to say who did it. A couple of days later the money popped back on my account. When i call texas they said no transaction existed. When i went to the local office the transaction that was on the screen was gone not even showing up on my bank statement.

Someone when computer knownledge and bank operations are playing with customers money.

I have a copy of the transaction from home bank showing the unauthorized charge but texas says it didnt happen..but for 10days my money was gone.I immediately got my money once it showed and will never do business with them again.
