I will be filing more complaints against woodforest a regulatory complaint ,BBB And more people need to know as consumers we have rights.

I have been a great customer for a fee years recently and currently having fraud on my account the customer service is just horrible no care or anything but what bothers me is they do not comply with federal banking laws reg e states a cust is to be issued prov credit within 5 to 10 business days per their customer service they only issue credit on fraud charges AFTER they recieve the fraud paper work back and then it takes 10 bus days this is incorrect i know as i work for a great bank i am out over $200 plus dollars again fraud an they do not care i will be closing my account as soon as my fraud case is complete as this bank and customer service is nothing more than a joke
