Everyone needs to find out where your banking, credit card information is outsourced to through call centers. Just found out WoodForest Natl Bank has call centers in Jamaica ! Fraud Capitol of the world. And this is legal. Even the bank's employees were not aware of this practice I have written twice to their corporate office and complained to a U.S. banking agency. WoodForest assured me they only hire professional people. Yeah, sure.

Think of it, we are constantly warned to protect our credit cards, and I.D. and your banks are handing your financial life with open hands to Identity Theft Capitols of the world. We are small potatoes but took our accounts to a Credit Union after checking and rechecking that their Customer Service is located here. But, WoodForest will still have our records for Jamaica to get into.

There is NO safe haven for Americans, we have been sold out by our own politicians and corporations.

Location: Conroe, Texas

Woodforest does opertate a call center in the slums of jamica, were they pay $3.45 an hour. The bank opened this call center so they would not have to provide the same insurance, pay, and treatment as their US call center.

Woodforest was fined some years back for working employees in the US call center overtime without pay. Employees at both call centers are treated very poorly and are written up and disciplened when calls to help customers are over 10 minutes long.

This 10 min time limit is why customer service is poor and employee moral low. How often do you feel like your being rushed off the phone when talking to one of their agents.

You can say what you want, but the most fraud is committed in the USA!!!!!! you people go online and punch in your credit card information and give scammers immediate access to your bank accounts and im sure you can file a dispute with your bank, now has any of them ever told you the fraudulent activism occurred from JAMAICA!!!????Lady get some sense!PLEASE!
