Wow I feel so sad for this employee ! I k ow this bank sucks it’s corporate America at its best !!! I have friends who also work for this bank and hear the horror story’s from them also , they ever try and change any of my *** and they are done there are to many other banks out there that would gladly take my money!!!

I was spoken in a manner that I did not think was appropriate

Complain on employee manager said something I didn't like I was starting at someone behind the counter she should have said maybe Looking at someone staring no I been a member for twenty years or more I didn't like that

Worst company to bank with they treat the employees horrible!

Cant believe the way they treat their employees ! I've seen managers degrading employees in front of customers, managers engaging talks that are not work related abs making people with special accommodations stand and work while those who are perfectly fine sit down and be on the phone .

Not doing there job

I go to the bank to deposit money and it says that the bank opens up at 10:00 which here it is 11:15 when I get there the bank is still closed nobody is there to open the bank I call customer service they can't help me they cannot understand why the bank is closed so I'm filing a complaint because I'm pissed.

Identity Theft and Fraud

Received a postage mail stating that I requested Woodforest bank to pay overdrafts and etc on my account. I live in CA and have never heard of this bank before. Contacted bank and they do not have a fraud department. What kind of bank does not have a fraud department? I also have locked all of my credit so have no idea how staff signed up this identity theft individual. Will be contacting local authorities and will wait on "fraud" or higher management to contact me prior to proceeding a claim through court with consumer protection.

User's recommendation: Just avoid, bank with BOA or Schools First.

Called the 877 number and they claimed I have to go inside a branch, even tho I said I can't

No help at all! Could not speak with anyone regarding my line of credit keeps having random charges on it, yes its less than a dollar however if I don't catch this, I get late charges and reported late on my credit report! All I want to do is close my line of credit and my checking account and they say I have to go into a branch which I'm unable to do right now due to surgery and I refuse to go inside Wal-Mart!! So this is unacceptable that they are unable to close an account over the phone!! Keep up the poor customer service hence why you keep loosing your customers!

To see if one of my texts on hold is gonna be released tonight

I had a check from the insurance company and I have a check from the casino and both of them are on hold for seven days and I think thats a little long for Check when theyre both good checks and they know it

Excessive overdraft fees

They charged almost 1600 in overdraft fees in last year. And almost 400 in one month for the same three charges. Beware. I am a long time customer over a decade. Beware

Fraud to my old checking account

I just noticed my old bank statements from June last year has a lot of unauthorized cash app's I did not authorize. I closed this account after June the 17th 2020

Rude Behavior

Senatobia Mississippi has the worst bank manager ever. Name is Barbara and rude to me both times I was there. I wont be back. I told her on both occasions how I felt and instead of defusing the situation she simply said you can go somewhere else if youd like. That tells me she doesnt care about her job or her customers or someone dragging her over that counter either.
