I deposited money via mobile deposit and the day before that I saw charges on my account that I didnt authorize so I think they shut my card off now. I cant access my money and I need to access my money right now. Im in line at the grocery store with my kids.

It is so frustrating when you can not understand the service rep when asking clear questions. I had to repeat what I understood the person was saying. It was like I stepped into a foreign country.

I'm a new customer, and just made my 2nd visit to the HEB Madera Run branch, in Houston. Took 2 tellers an hour to accept a routine deposit.
The deposit was less than $10,000, with just over $3000 in checks. I was the only customer in the branch, the whole hour. I was told that they needed a "manager approval" to deposit the checks.
I stood there, while they made at least a half dozen calls, trying to get a code, to enable them to process the deposit. Looks like opening this account has been one big waste of valuable time.
Preferred solution: An account at a properly run bank.

I thought I lost my debit card and called customer service and while I was on the phone with them and found it in my wallet and told them I hD just found my ccanc my card and it work so they cancelled it still when I told them to disregard. I need my card back activated because I am a single mother of four children and living in a homeless shelter with no transportation!!!
Money didn’t deposit in my account
I deposited 1400.00 inside the Woodforest Bank branch ATM machine and the machine spit out $100 and gave me a receipt saying see someone in the branch because there was an issue with my deposit. Well after explaining what was deposited and what wasnt showing in my account they told me my money was stuck on the wheel of the machine.
It took me calling them for4 days for them to fix the issue no call backs about my money no urgency not a care in the world was giving.
I was even told I have overdraft I can use that if I needed money to pay my bills. I had to call them at least 3 times a day to have my money returned to my account

Local manager review
Been a Woodforest customer since the early 80's.
Live close to the new Woodforest bank in Prosper Texas.
The local manager / teller is the most unfriendly, miserable person that even for me making a local deposit I would rather go to another Woodforest branch all the way in Mckinney TX.
They falsely claim to be a community bank but they are Members Only
They claim to be a community bank but they are not. They are members only.
This isn't their policy even and are denying to give change against their own policy. I have gotten change for over a year and this is the second time they have done this.
The two ladies were sitting there doing nothing and one was on her personal phone, but when I had a supervisor call they refused to answer the phone despite sitting there doing nothing with no one else in line. They falsely claim to be a community bank and leaves me walking 4 miles for nothing when they had no problem serving me for a year

THE BANKS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE EPITOME OF PITS! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
Everything about this bank is the absolute pits, if I could add my score it would be "0" awful, sad, ridiculous, phone, in office, I've had to change cards 4 times in less than 1year! Please don't let this be a first call of the day.

No way to contact the 24/7 number they gave me and they charge me money just to call and check my balance I can't log into my online banking account I can't ever check my debit card they lock it all the time for whatever reason and I'm just sick of having to go through the trouble to know my account information or balance

I haven't used my card in a minattract. 3 different times a code and a lock.
My card up, I need it unlocked. Also, I'm getting statements through my Gmail. I don't need to have Yo send me paper statements you've been charging me for months Please take off my charges. I've been homeless on the street, and all you'll care about.
Is there charges What about when I had nothing to eat? And you're take money out of my account. That's Not cool, you gotta have online. You gotta have online never in my life when I was younger.
My Granny Papa aunt's Uncle's never had to have online banking. They didn't have to have paper statements either. They could go to the bank and get them when they wanted them. Why you're forcing all this?

I pay enough. I paid 10 of all twice. I got $22000 down to 7000 child support. And then you all wan to take this out.
Which leaves me less than 300 dollars a month. Thank you You're taken from a poor man
