Well I would just like to let you know what is really going on with Woodforest National Bank from the inside. I am still employed with Woodforest, so this is the entire truth. I am looking for work elsewhere because I truly can't believe the things that are going on....

Wow I feel so sad for this employee ! I k ow this bank sucks it’s corporate America at its best !!! I have friends who also work for this bank and hear the horror story’s from them also , they ever try and change any of my *** and they are done there are to many other banks out there that would gladly take my money!!!

Possible fraud

I've been contacted by a man claiming to be the president of Woodforest bank. James D Dreibelbis. Saying he's got a debit card for me and is at the airport in St Louis waiting for me to send him a Google card for the delivery of my debit card worth 17.5 million dollars.

To let you know that was trying to purchasing an airline ticke to San Juan Puerto Rico

I was trying to book a flight when I was in Phoenix to fly to San Juan Puerto Rico I understand that you do send fraud alerts but I was unable to book my flight at that time even though I responded to your alerts therefore they never did book my flight. I was unable to speak to anyone at Woodforest when I was going through this ordeal. Isnt there a 24 hr customer service?

Holds on checks

EVERY single time weve deposited a check, theyve put a hold on the funds. They dont seem to trust their customers and have caused a major inconvenience because weve needed the money. Theyve even held funds when weve had enough to cover the check if for some reason it wasnt paid. Very poor customer service!

Pissed off customer

Tried using my card to make a purchase while out of town kept Declining i know i just had a deposit Today this is the second time this has happened soon as i get back home you better believe this damm account will be closed

They're not my cup of tea

When I went in there on Thursday, April 1st, 2021. I was told that my account has been closed. My boyfriend has paid off my loan from Woodforest, i also have the letters from them. It's been paid off. Believe me, I've kept all the letters from them. Then Danielle said to me , ' they will send you a cashier's check. ' All I want is the cashier's check like what was PROMISED TO ME

Bad customer service

There is always long line and the worker dont care, there are. 3 worker but 2 are talking each other and only one is taking care of. Im tire of this this is all the time at wood forest inside Walmart at west/249 at Houston tax.

Long wait

The wood forest on Antoine (Kroger) always have a long wait some tellers have a attitude or not enough staff . They are always late and the manager doesnt not help

My card is not working

I have tried to use my bank card and for some reason I am not allowed to purchase anything or make any payments and I have no clue why. I need this fixes now because my son is leaving for Florida tomorrow and I have to have money now. Since i have to use 100 symbols to get my point across i have to type this. This is another reason to not use woodforest as a bank. Unlock my *** debit card now.

Disputes

I had some one take my card and do a shopping spree and I spoke to a supervisor and was told my money would be back on my card as soon as I signed the dispute form and the bank sent it over so an hour or so. So I waited all day nothing was posted to my account waited til the next day nothing posted to my account.

Barred from international wires bevause “they” believe i am being scammed

Told i was barred from international wires for my own protection. Because I was being scammed. I closed account. Got cashiers check opened account at a credit union. Wood Forest refuses to verify cashiers check used from their institute. So who is scamming who??
