Woodforest online banking sucks!They usse paper checks and status says "sent" but payments never recieved on several bills.
Customer service no help. Disconnection notices recieved. I can send a paper check and it will get there in two days. Several bills, all late, and they were processed several days early.
Never had this happen before. Plus, when you try to deposit a check from your job, they have to "hold" it for seven days until you have been there at their bank for a while. Very inconvenienced.
Had to go to other bank to cash check and bring cash to Woodforest to deposit into my bank account.Never use this bank.
